tarball None of the files are generated, and so there is no need to carry them in oe-core (which greatly complicates gettext version updates, for one thing). Let's simply copy them over directly from the tarball; as the set of installed .m4 files can and does change over time, obtain them with a python scriptlet from Makefile.am where they are listed.
