sysvinit: upgrade 3.00 -> 3.01
refresh pidof-add-m-option.patch Changelog: ========== * Default to showing processes in the uninterruptable state (D). The -z flag no longer affects whether processes in D state are shown. The -z flag does still toggle whether zombie (Z) processes are shown. * Removed unnecessary check which is always true from init tab parsing. Tells \fIpidof\fP to omit processes with that process id. The special
pid \fB%PPID\fP can be used to name the parent process of the \fIpidof\fP
program, in other words the calling shell or shell script.
