2023-05-22meta: depend on autoconf-archive-native, not autoconf-archiveRoss Burton
autoconf-archive is a collection of m4 autoconf macros needed at build-time, and autoconf-archive-native is a suitable provider as there is nothing in the recipe that needs to be cross-compiled. Also if we use DEPENDS=autoconf-archive then the recipe's -dev package ends up RDEPENDing on autoconf-archive, which isn't correct. Universally change any DEPENDS on autoconf-archive to the -native form, and add any missing dependencies that were implicit before. In particular, for the formatted output functions (mpfr_printf, etc.), the case where the precision consists only of a period has been fixed to be like ".0" as specified in the ISO C standard, and the manual has been corrected and clarified. The macros of the custom interface have also been fixed: they now behave like functions (except a minor limitation for mpfr_custom_init_set). license identifiers An automated conversion using scripts/contrib/convert-spdx-licenses.py to convert to use the standard SPDX license identifiers. Two recipes in meta-selftest were not converted as they're that way specifically for testing. A change in linux-firmware was also skipped and may need a more manual tweak. 2018-10-18mpfr: Fix compilation for ARCAlexey Brodkin
MPFR has a couple of things implemented in assembly and in case of ARC those parts were written long ago when ARC GCC port was not yet upstreamed. 2018-02-24mpfr: merge bb/inc and fix licenseRoss Burton

The class itself currently does nothing. The idea is to mark all recipes that make use of the texinfo utilities. In the future, this class could be used to suppress the generation/formatting of documentation for performance, explicitly track dependencies on these utilities, and eliminate Yocto's current dependency on the host system's texinfo utilities. A lot of our recipes had short one-line DESCRIPTION values and no SUMMARY value set. In this case it's much better to just set SUMMARY since DESCRIPTION is defaulted from SUMMARY anyway and then the SUMMARY is at least useful. I also took the opportunity to fix up a lot of the new SUMMARY values, making them concisely explain the function of the recipe / package where possible.
