Convert to new override syntax
This is the result of automated script conversion: scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py <oe-core directory> converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_". Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
