Subject: bitbake.conf: Reformat and alphabetize ASSUME_PROVIDED list. *
 According to
 http://lists.linuxtogo.org/pipermail/openembedded-devel/2007-November/003493.html
 , ASSUME_PROVIDED in the bitbake.conf is the authoritative location of list
 of package which expected to be installed on the host for OE to work
 properly. Make the list more prominent and easy to maintain.
