The OS/2 platform requires some utility functions as well as having a non-32 bit wchar_t. Fix the configure check so that it doesn't also affect the nios2 cpu, which wouldn't influence these operating system issues.
This is already accepted upstream and will be in 1.4

libx11 would search for groff and ps2pdf to generate a PS/PDF of
the specs, if a broken ps2pdf (fedora 14 testing) is installed the
build will fail barfing about Fontmap.local. The PS/PDF does not
appear to be in any FILES_* so we can disable the PS/PDF generation
at tall and not run into the issue.
The fedora bug is at: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=610301.
libx11.inc: Disable groff, ps2pdf effectively disabling generating
a PS/PDF for the X11 spec
xorg-lib-common.inc: Bump the INC_PR used by libx11.inc. This sadly
affects quite some other recipes too.

* common patches in new libx11.inc (some needed to be renamed to keep
same name across version)
* keep one common dir with diet-x11/libx11-trip variants
* enable xcb again for non-native non-sdk versions newer than 1.3 and
add libx11-xcb package, XCB seems more popular then in 2007
(xls* projects were coverted lately, so this actually reverts patch from bug #3372)
* also xcb enabled makes mesa build after libxcb was staged (mesa itself
has xcb disabled, but if it founds libxcb, then it expects to find
libx11 with xcb too)
