* gtk+-1.2 didn't install its pkg-config file, but gtk-config
depended on it and went crazy without it. xmms uses gtk-config.

Modified small-filesel.patch, which now omits the "Rename",
"Delete" and "Create Directory" buttons and adds the file
selection text area to the bottom. The previous arrangement
didn't work so well for saving files, just opening them.

* Added small-filesel.patch, which is only for jlime, but is
possibly useful for other devices as well, and which modifies
gtkfilesel to fit in screens of 320x240 and larger resolutions.
* Modified gtk+-1.2-1.2.10 recipe for above patch.

Drop the runtime dependencies / recommendations unless the recipe is for the
target. This is necessary because right now bitbake obeys *_${PN}, even if
${PN} is not in PACKAGES. This should kill the unnecessary build of the
crosscompiler when doing 'bitbake gtk+-native'.

In a sysroot process hook, to deal with relocation:
- Re-generate the gdk-pixbuf.loaders file to contain the current sysroot path
to the pixbuf loaders directory.
- Create wrappers for gdk-pixbuf-csource and gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders
utilities, passing along the appropriate environment variables to ensure
they too point at the current sysroot path.

This reverts commit 96503f06a6f1f0b7f9df44d97af90252717d8897.
As requested by Florian and Leon because the footprint of
these versions is smaller than the newer ones.

6b -> 8b upgrade
* distro maintainers: please consider upgrading jpeg first to bump PR just once
* this list is incomplete for sure, only recipes-versions I had built in my tmpdir, feel free to add more
|
|
* It does not compile in thumb mode with gcc 4.5
other version of gcc were not tested probably they
many have problem too. For now always build using
arm mode.

* there is probably very few cases when it's needed without _${PN},
if you find one in attached patch, please enlighten me
* usually we want those only for ${PN} not for all ${PACKAGES} ie ${PN}-dev, ${PN)-doc etc
* there is a check for this in recipe-sanity.bclass
* there is maybe few possible fixes also in bbclasses
