Rename ARM_FP_MODE to ARM_FP_ABI
Set target fpu to hard for hardfp ARMv7
Use machine override to add base package arch instead of appending to
OVERRIDES directly
Pass --with-float option to gcc configure taking into account
what float ABI is selected through ARM_FP_ABI

This fixes all the issues noticed earlier with pulseaudio 0.9.15:
* Pulseaudio keeping audio devices busy when run as per-user instance
* Failure of pactl, pacmd etc to connect to the pulse server
The gcc 4.3.x angstrom is using in maintenance lacks the needed atomic ops to build pulseaudio 0.9.23
for armv7a so we use pulseaudio 0.9.22 which is less buggier than pulseaudio 0.9.15

* Added a new machine configuration for the am45x-evm device.
* This machine currently mimics the omap4430-panda configuration
during the prototyping phase but is expected to change as the
hardware and software evolves.
* The am45x-evm machine type is used to allow differentiating
software components to be build and packaged (i.e. task lists)
as well as to account for differences with the omap4430-panda
device in the future.

The current IMAGE_CMD_ubi creates an interim image with a .rootfs.ubifs
extension.
The ubifs image created is not considered a valid rootfs without a UBI
container.
Change the filename of the iterim ubifs image used by IMAGE_CMD_ubi to
.ubifs.img to match the IMAGE_CMD_ubifs command.

The new machine pcm043 is the board Phytec phyCORE-i.MX35.
The machine name pcm043 is chosen, because it is already used in the linux kernel
for this board.
BSP is derived from BSP of machine mx31ads.
Linux kernel is based on Phytec Linux BSP for phyCORE-i.MX35 PD 10.1.1

Commit 9c5b9db29738a89837917b1a2d8ee5a1cae0b4cc (bitbake.conf: Simplify
TARGET_CPPFLAGS/LDFLAGS) potentially breaks external toolchains, when their
default sysroot is different from our sysroot/staging location.
Pass default --sysroot to compiler/linker through TOOLCHAIN_OPTIONS, avoiding
native and nativesdk packages. This matches the corresponding changes in Poky.
cross.bbclass was already doing it, since it originated from Poky, AFAIK.

This is based on poky's ba2e1f4d933c37b372d6749d64614f2510ee9d7b, which
simplifies TARGET_CPPFLAGS (and thus CFLAGS) and TARGET_LDFLAGS
based on gcc any company having --sysroot
