kexecboot: remove dependency on losetup
* Support for loopmount still to be defined.
* While we could easily mount a loopimage and kexec the included
* kernel and initrd, it would be duty of the init of the loopimage
* to know about rootfs and rest of filesystem.
* Problem is we don't know that init in advance.
