linux-handhelds 2.6.21-hh20: turn on voltage regulator for hx4700
hx4700's voltage regulator gives a significant boost in runtime. The
following patch builds the voltage regulation code as modules for
hx4700. Its machine conf already lists these two modules in
MACHINE_EXTRA_RRECOMMENDS so nothing else should be necessary to get
it working.
