2013-08-30	remove the unnecessary protocol parameters	Jackie Huang
	It's not necessary to specify the protocol parameter when it's the default protocol for the fetcher, e.g. the default protocol for git fetcher it git, "protocol=git" isn't needed. 2012-07-19	Remove a number of unneeded import os/bb calls	Richard Purdie

	Using "1" with getVar is bad coding style and "True" is preferred.
