Added packages with different names or based on sources that
generates multiple binaries eg: python-pycurl source generates
python3-pycurl as well. Currently, some of these packages are not
displayed as part of other distro due to naming differences on
the source rather than the binaries as a single source could
produce multiple binaries with different names.

After systemd-boot was introduced, its been tested for a while with no major
issues being found until now, this patch completely replaces all gummiboot
instances with systemd-boot ones, taking the next step into cleaning
up systemd-boot/gummiboot.

Move the (non-factual) x utils dependencies from x11-common to
x11 packagegroup.
Remove some obsolete configuration from x11-common:
* Xsession.d/12keymap.sh: commented out xmodmap call for kdrive
* default.xmodmap: xmodmap file used by 12keymap.sh
* Xdefaults: rxvt configuration
At this point x11-common is just /etc/X11/Xsession and three
non-intrusive Xsession scripts: make these explicitly part of
xserver-nodm-init. RCONFLICT with the versions of xserver-common
that also provide these files.
VIRTUAL-RUNTIME_xserver_common is no longer a real abstraction but
preserve the setting for backwards compatibility (if the variable
is set to "xserver-common", the right thing still happens).

xsettings-client is not meant to be a shared library and the only
user in oe-core (libmatchbox) now has an in-tree copy.

oprofileui doesn't work anymore with not-so-recent changes to the oprofile
command line interface, and perf is becoming the expected profiling solution so
any future profiling tools should be using that instead.

python-pygtk hasn't been updated in several years, is incompatible
with the current version of pygobject, and is generally obsolete as
all modern python gtk apps use introspection directly.

The extensible SDK replaces adt-installer so this can be removed now,
all future effort in this direction will be placed onto that.
This includes a layer version change so the autobuilder knows when to
stop building adt-installer.

This recipe is very old, unmaintained, not used at all in OE-Core, and not
useful in a world that has moved to GTK+ 3 (even if Sato is slow at catching
up).

Together with the move to meta-oe, all references to x11vnc should be
removed from oe-core. There are three of these: a distro alias, a
packagegroup rdepends and a runtime test.

Qt4 recipes have been moved to a separate meta-qt4 layer to be consistent with

Include by default all the files needed to perform checkpkg task.
These files are copied from meta-yocto because they refers recipes in
oe-core, the only missing file are maintainers.inc because it needs
consensus between OE-Core and Yocto project to define a common set of
maintainers.
