autoreconf finds autoconf/local.m4 on its own, so there's no need to mess around
with a fork of aclocal.m4 as acinclude.m4.

1. Upgrade lzo from 2.09 to 2.10
2. Update the license checksum due to the date change, not license change.
3. Add a patch to fix the undefined error.

The output format was updated to match yocto ptest rules:
<result>: <testname>
where the result can be PASS, FAIL, or SKIP, and the testname
can be any identifying string.
