2016-07-25	kdump: don't set default values for KDUMP_CMDLINE and KDUMP_KIMAGE	Roy Li
	Do not set default values of KDUMP_CMDLINE and KDUMP_KIMAGE, and leave them set by configure file since they are different for different architectures. 2015-12-16	kexec-tools: added the script kdump	Wenlin Kang
