2019-02-19clutter-gtk-1.0: convert to mesonAlexander Kanavin
This required adding an option to control gobject introspection via a custom patch, and tweaking clutter.bbclass to not enforce autotools. Signed-off-by: Alexander Kanavin <alex.kanavin@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>

2018-03-09clutter: refresh patchesRoss Burton
The patch tool will apply patches by default with "fuzz", which is where if the hunk context isn't present but what is there is close enough, it will force the patch in. Whilst this is useful when there's just whitespace changes, when applied to source it is possible for a patch applied with fuzz to produce broken code which still compiles (see #10450). This is obviously bad. We'd like to eventually have do_patch() rejecting any fuzz on these grounds. For that to be realistic the existing patches with fuzz need to be rebased and reviewed. 2018-01-04gobject-introspection: do not export LD_LIBRARY_PATH prior to running qemuAlexander Kanavin
Latest g-i upstream adds target paths to this variable which breaks qemu in various confusing ways. Instead, the list of target library paths is exported to GIR_EXTRA_LIBS_PATH, so that it can be picked up automatically by the qemu wrapper script and given to qemu (manually setting this variable from various recipes will be removed in a different patch). Also, re-enable parts of g-i on mips64, as it is the same issue. 2017-11-29gstreamer1.0-plugins: disable introspection on mips64Alexander Kanavin
The failure is weird and difficult to diagnoze, so disable the introspection for now: qemu-mips64: error while loading shared libraries: .../recipe-sysroot/usr/lib/libgthread-2.0.so.0: ELF file data encoding not little-endian Note that it shows up only for one specific library (gstaudio), and only on mips64. Introspection data for other libraries is generated just fine. Signed-off-by: Alexander Kanavin <alexander.kanavin@linux.intel.com> Signed-off-by: Ross Burton <ross.burton@intel.com>

2014-12-30clutter-1.0: add ptestTim Orling
Upstream has reworked installed-tests, use them for ptest. Default output format for tests is not TAP, add patch to generate TAP output. Run tests with gnome-desktop-testing-runner, which understands TAP output. Tested on nuc with core-image-clutter and core-image-weston. Reminder that for "pure" wayland (e.g. core-image-weston) you need to "export CLUTTER_BACKEND = wayland" to get past setting the DISPLAY variable expected for X11 backend. 2014-12-30clutter-1.0: upgrade to v1.20.0Tim Orling

2014-04-25Globally replace 'base_contains' calls with 'bb.utils.contains'Otavio Salvador
The base_contains is kept as a compatibility method and we ought to not use it in OE-Core so we can remove it from base metadata in future. Signed-off-by: Otavio Salvador <otavio@ossystems.com.br> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
2014-01-02Replace one-line DESCRIPTION with SUMMARYPaul Eggleton
A lot of our recipes had short one-line DESCRIPTION values and no SUMMARY value set. In this case it's much better to just set SUMMARY since DESCRIPTION is defaulted from SUMMARY anyway and then the SUMMARY is at least useful. I also took the opportunity to fix up a lot of the new SUMMARY values, making them concisely explain the function of the recipe / package where possible. 2013-10-26clutter: remove usage of FILESPATHPetter Mabäcker
Usage of FILESPATH is discouraged, since it can make recipes harder to bbappend. Instead FILESEXTRAPATHS should be used to extend the path. However in clutter the default paths solves the problem if we put all patches in ${BP} directory instead. 2013-09-11clutter: fix compilation when building without X11 backendRoss Burton
If Clutter is building the Wayland backend but not the X11 backend, the Cogl support doesn't get enabled so the Wayland backend (which uses it) fails to compile. Backport a fix from upstream to fix this situation. Signed-off-by: Ross Burton <ross.burton@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
