fixes:
WARNING: libsolv-0.6.33-r0 do_patch:
Some of the context lines in patches were ignored. This can lead to
incorrectly applied patches.
The context lines in the patches can be updated with devtool:
devtool modify <recipe>
devtool finish --force-patch-refresh <recipe> <layer_path>
Then the updated patches and the source tree (in devtool's workspace)
should be reviewed to make sure the patches apply in the correct place
and don't introduce duplicate lines (which can, and does happen
when some of the context is ignored). Further information:

cmake.bbclass now ensures that ${datadir}/cmake ends up in the dev package,
so this recipe doesn't need to do so itself.

We encountered a problem when installing kernel-devsrc package on a
intel-x86 target, as follows:
$ dnf install kernel-devsrc
| Installing : kernel-devsrc-1.0-r0.0.intel_corei7_64 1/1
| failed loading RPMDB
| The downloaded packages were saved in cache until the next successful transaction.
| You can remove cached packages by executing 'dnf clean packages'.
It can be fixed by increasing MAX_HDR_CNT and MAX_HDR_DSIZE in libsolv
per test.

redundant and inconsistent with the same setting in other recipes.

By default, libsolv uses the rpm logic for version comparison, which is
not quite the same as debian. Opkg now sets the distribution type for
libsolv to be debian. But for that to work, libsolv needs to be compiled
with MULTI_SEMANTICS=ON.

It checks ${CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX}/share/man when configure, but it may
not exist when crosscompile, for example, when CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX="/",
it is OK, but when CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX="/some/path/else", then it
doesn't exist, and the man dir would be set to "/usr/man" which is
incorrect.

In some recipes overly-split -dbg packages were merged into PN-dbg. Unless
there's a very good reason, recipes should have a single -dev and -dbg package.
