	meta/lib/oe/package_manager.py was also updated. This ensures that any diagnostic messages are ignored from the output of rpmresolve. The patches have been split into bug fixes (things that belong upstream) and local changes that are OE specific. 2014-07-19	rpm: compile rpmqv.c instead of rpmqv.cc	Joe Slater
	Some versions of gcc will put a reference to __gxx_personality_v0 into rpm.o and rpmbuild.o. This means we must link using g++, and Makefile does not.
