depending on the actual PACKAGECONFIG some
internal vendor copies of libxml, libcroco and glib will
be used.
In the case of libxml this adds MIT to the license.
Reference the license statements based on the actual choosen
PACKAGECONFIG

license identifiers
An automated conversion using scripts/contrib/convert-spdx-licenses.py to
convert to use the standard SPDX license identifiers. Two recipes in meta-selftest
were not converted as they're that way specifically for testing. A change in
linux-firmware was also skipped and may need a more manual tweak.

If we add DEBUG_PREFIX_MAP into LDFLAGS, gettext-ptest is no longer reproducible.
Fix this.

This is the result of automated script conversion:
scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py <oe-core directory>
converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

msgmerge-29 is a script without execute permissions but executed as
./msgmerge-29 which results in this test failing.
It is only one test which fails on gettext/qemux86-64

Drop add-with-bisonlocaledir.patch as upstream (gnulib, not bison)
now determines the directory from datadir.
