linux-yocto/cfg: qemuarm64-gfx.cfg: add CONFIG_INPUT_UINPUT
Integrating the following commit(s):
qemuarm64-gfx.cfg: add CONFIG_INPUT_UINPUT
This will address libinput ptest failures:

https://wayland.freedesktop.org/libinput/doc/latest/test-suite.html
qemux86_64 already has it enabled.
