documentation/dev-manual/dev-manual-bsp-appendix.xml: .bbappend example
The linux-yocto_3.2.bbappend example was out of date. There is no longer a kernel features statement in the last part of the section. Only COMPATIBLE_MACHINE, KMACHINE, and KBRANCH remain. I removed the fourth one from the text description and the example code. Because we are using the <filename>atom-pc</filename> branch for this new BSP, we can also find
the exact branch we need for the <filename>KMACHINE</filename>
