Subject: [PATCH] civetweb/CMakeLists.txt: do not search gcc-ar and gcc-ranlib
Do not search gcc-ar and gcc-ranlib. Specify GCC_AR and GCC_RANLIB in
EXTRA_OECMAKE to avoid host contamination.
