2021-04-15fwts: upgrade to 21.03.00Ross Burton
Rebase the musl patches. Drop json-c dependency as this is no longer used. Drop FILES_${PN}-dbg packaging as this happens magically now. Drop -Wno-error CFLAGS as we patch out -Werror entirely.
