This patch updates SRC_URIs using git to include branch=master if no branch is set
and also to use protocol=https for github urls as generated by the conversion script
in OE-Core.

Allow to build xdelta natively as it may be used for creating binary

The repository now lives under a different address. Let's use git
directly to fetch sources as there are no proper release tarballs.
