This is the result of automated script (0.9.1) conversion:
oe-core/scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py .
converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

* dependency on libepoxy causes:
meta-openembedded/meta-oe/recipes-graphics/fbida/fbida_2.14.bb DEPENDS on or otherwise requires it)
libepoxy was skipped: missing required distro feature 'opengl' (not in DISTRO_FEATURES)
in world builds without opengl in DISTRO_FEATURES
