2014-01-22acpitests: add 20140114 releaseKoen Kooi
Before upstream split the source tarballs this was part of acpica-tools in various distros. Let's follow upstream naming in OE. This only builds and packages 'aapits', no other tests or helper scripts. Fixing the 'aapitsrun' helper script is left for a followup patch.
