2016-11-14lftp: fix PACKAGECONFIG[readline]Robert Yang
The --with-readline means check readline automatically, and will cause build failures when there is /usr/include/readline: ERROR: This autoconf log indicates errors, it looked at host include and/or library paths while determining system capabilities. Use --with-readline=${STAGING_INCDIR}/.. to fix the problem. And also add --with-readline=no when PACKAGECONFIG is not set for readline. LFTP is a sophisticated file transfer program with command line interface. It supports FTP, HTTP, FISH, SFTP, HTTPS and FTPS protocols. Every operation in lftp is reliable, that is any non-fatal error is handled and the operation is retried automatically. So if downloading breaks, it will be restarted from the point automatically.
