2016-02-01	liboil: import liboil_0.3.17 recipe from oe-core	Andre McCurdy
	There are no remaining dependencies on liboil in oe-core (in most cases it has been replaced by 'orc'). There is one recipe with a dependency on liboil in meta-multimedia ('schroedinger').
