krb5: depend on libverto instead of using an internal fork

If krb5 can't find an existing libverto library then it will use it's internal
fork, but this fork only supports an internal libev backend and despite being
for internal use is still installed, with the wrong soname to boot.

Now that meta-oe has a libverto recipe krb5 can depend on and use that instead.
