bitbake/bb/fetch:
Patch courtsey RP for #438. Move the fetchers
into a separate module to ease the writing of
new fetchers and to separate the individual
implementations.
bitbake/MANIFEST:
added the new files
bitbake/setup.py:
added the fetch module
