Backport the fix for 7103224.
This fix allows icedtea6 to be built with (very) new glibc versions.
It was originally suggested by Omair Majid from RedHat.

Adding `python-native` to `DEPENDS_virtclass-native` as suggested in [1] and done for `python-scons-native_1.2.0` fixes the issue.

Changes since ntpclient_2007_365:
-- fixed type of sa_xmit_len, thanks vapier
-- dropped underscores in spelling of adjtimex(2), might make uClibc happier
-- include netdb.h and always define _BSD_SOURCE to get prototype for herror
-- minor formatting to align with Nilsson's fork
-- add -fno-strict-aliasing as needed by traditional network coding style
The 2nd -- also implies our local patch is not needed any more

Backported from meta-oe where it was contributed by Eric Bénard
While at it also fixed some whitespace warnings.
Gave it a DEFAULT_PREFERENCE of 1 so it gets preference above the
older svn recipe (svn is deprecatted by net-snmp anyway)
Rationale for adding is because the existing recipe does not
build for uclibc, and the new version does.

Few of build problems are being reported on classic OE
when OPTION_EGLIBC_NSSWITCH is set to 'n' by default it
works well. But when its set to 'n' then we have to make
sure that OPTION_EGLIBC_NSSWITCH_FIXED_CONFIG and
OPTION_EGLIBC_NSSWITCH_FIXED_FUNCTIONS are set to point
to abosolute paths in sources
Fixes build errors like
Makefile:85: *** OPTION_EGLIBC_NSSWITCH_FIXED_CONFIG variable left
unset. Stop.

For reasons described in [1], the URL and contents of the source archive has changed and the old URL redirects to this. The checksums were updated by a previous commit [2], but only changing the checksums requires a previously downloaded archive to be manually deleted. This patch avoids this by updating the SRC_URI to the new URL.

Due to a GPL violation corrected Binutils archives were uploaded with the suffix »a« and the faulty archives were removed [1]. The URLs redirect to the new archives and therefore the checksums are now incorrect.
In the following commit
commit bc8ddbf7944f82383936d88379619aa46c3954a2

binutils-2.18: fix checksums
the checksums were updated – though it should have been done differently [1–3] and therefore already downloaded old archives have to be deleted manually.
`binutils-{canadian,cross}-sdk_2.18.bb` require `binutils_2.18.bb` but override the checksums by having separate definition for the checksums [4]. By removing these definitions the updated checksums from `binutils_2.18.bb` are used.
This patch is similar to the one submitted by Mats Kärrman [5].
`mamona/binutils-noemu_2.18.bb` is not updated because it also defines `SRC_URI` separately.
