* Updated LICENSE field version from generic LGPL/MPL to LGPLv2.1
and MPL-1.1 to reflect the real license version.
* This change was based on setting in oe-core as well as code
inspection.

Cairo 1.8 is available for some time and ?ngström and other distributions have pinned this Pycairo version for quite some time.
Build tested with Minimal and Minimal uClibc.

For .diff/.patch you need to apply manually, you can specify apply=no.
