Subject: [PATCH] do not disable buffer in writing files

Do not disable buffer in writing files, otherwise we get
failure at boot for musl like below.

  [!!!!!!] Failed to allocate manager object.

And there will be other failures, critical or not critical.
This is specific to musl.
