Race condition in GNU screen 4.0.3 allows local users to create or
overwrite arbitrary files via a symlink attack on the
/tmp/screen-exchange temporary file.

GNU screen 4.0.3 creates the /tmp/screen-exchange temporary file with
world-readable permissions, which might allow local users to obtain
sensitive session information.

The class itself currently does nothing. The idea is to mark all recipes that
make use of the texinfo utilities. In the future, this class could be used to
suppress the generation/formatting of documentation for performance,
explicitly track dependencies on these utilities, and eliminate Yocto's
current dependency on the host system's texinfo utilities.

The base_contains is kept as a compatibility method and we ought to
not use it in OE-Core so we can remove it from base metadata in
future.

This recipe used an old version of the debian update patchset from Lenny which
does not exist anymore on Debian's FTP servers. Update to the latest set
version 4.0.3-14 which also includes some minor bug fixes and security updates.
Cleanly builds and runs in our armv7a-vfp-neon environment.

According to DISTRO_FEATURES then add screen pam support or not.
Press "Ctrl+a x" will lock the screen terminal, then unlock it will
use pam.
Add pam related configure file sceen.pam from Fedora.

The recipe is borrowed from OE, with the following changes:
- upgrade the version from 4.0.2 to 4.0.3
- add HOMEPAGE, BUGTRACKER, LICENSE and LIC_FILES_CHKSUM
- reset PR to "r0"
- update the patch name: screen_4.0.2-4.1sarge1.diff --> screen_4.0.3-11+lenny1.diff.gz
- rebase the original configure.patch against screen-4.0.3's configure.in
