hostap-utils: remove obsolete driver
HostAP is the user-space part of the Intersil Prism 2/2.5/3 wifi chipset. It's also a decade old and obsolete, so remove it from oe-core. Signed-off-by: Ross Burton <ross.burton@intel.com>
