oprofile: 0.9.9 -> 1.0.0
opcontrol is now dropped and replaced with the operf interface. As such, we drop the opstart/opstop commands and any patches related to the old removed interfaces. Some patches were also mered upstream so those are also dropped. There is also a problem found on mips with the security flags enabled, the patch has more specific details.
