qemu.bbclass: fix vardeps of QEMU_OPTIONS
The variable name for QEMU_EXTRAOPTIONS is constructed programmatically, so we
need an explicit variable dependency, otherwise changes to it won't cause e.g.
qemuwrapper-cross to be rebuilt.
