yocto-project-qs: Updated flow to mention Toaster
In the "Building Images" section, we just plow into the command line experience without giving any indication of a GUI option through which to try out the Yocto Project. I updated the paragraph introducing the build stuff by presenting the command line method or a GUI method via Toaster.
